I left my house at 4 a.m. It was still dark outside. I didn’t sleep at all because I only had 2 hours to finish up some packing and watch the season finale of Gossip Girls! We all met up at LAX around 4:30 a.m—our first flight leaving at 7. It wasn’t as sad as I thought it would be. Yes, our parents were hugging us and couldn’t let go. (And it was so cute that they all traded numbers!) But! I could see in their eyes that they were so excited for us. Goodbye’s are the worst and it was the last thing I wanted to do, but thank goodness it went smoothly. I don’t know what was weirder: 1) Saying my goodbye’s to people I wouldn’t see until August or 2) Kissing Kev goodbye in front of my mom. You tell me!
